§ Mr. GummerThis Department makes every effort to reply to all correspondence as quickly as possible. Officials are regularly reminded of the importance we attach to delays being kept to the minimum.
If the hon. Member is concerned about a delay on a particular case, I would he very willing to look into the matter.
