§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI am satisfied that the scheme has made a considerable contribution to improving mobility. Between April 1981 and the end of October 1983 the scheme facilitated 236 moves into Wales, 277 moves out of Wales and 112 moves within Wales. Public sector tenants will be given additional help to move by the introduction of the proposed 'right to exchange".
