§ Mrs. ChalkerThe inspector's report following the public inquiries into the A41 Berkhamsted and Kings Langley bypasses was received in November 1983. My right hon. Friend and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment hope to announce their decision in the early spring.
