§ The Minister of State, Scottish Office (Lord Gray of Contin)I am advised by my right honourable friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food that the number of Brent Geese killed under licence in England in 1982–83 was 648, representing approximately 0.7 per cent. of the wintering population.
