§ Mr. Chris Smithasked the Prime Minister if she will make a statement about her negotiations with the Government of Oman for the award of a contract for the construction of a university in Oman to Cementation Ltd.; and whether she is satisfied that no conflict of interest arose due to her involvement in these negotiations.
