§ Mr. Fryasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list the projects to be undertaken in the United Kingdom which will be financed by the 1983 rebate from the European Economic Community of 461 million units of account, which has been especially earmarked for 290W transport infrastructure; and if he will show separately those which would not have so proceeded but for the provision of such moneys.
§ Mrs. ChalkerThe terms under which this money will be repaid are still under discussion in Brussels and until they are settled we cannot finalise a list of projects. I will keep the House informed.
