§ Mr. Peter Bruinvelsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will provide details of the 25 longest serving prisoners in England and Wales, including their names, how long their original sentences were, how long he expects them still to serve, what were they found guilty of and where they are currently imprisoned.
