I am to meet the chairman and members of the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board next month and I expect to meet the chairman and members of the South of Scotland Electricity Board shortly thereafter. I shall take the opportunity to congratulate both boards on the excellent response of their staff to recent weather difficulties.
