Mr. Thurnham

asked the Lord Privy Seal (1) if he will estimate the total additional cost, including salaries and allowances, and the cost of heating and lighting, of the House sitting for one hour after 10.30 pm;

(2) if he will estimate the total additional cost, including salaries and allowances and the cost of heating and lighting, of a Standing Committee sitting for one hour after 10.30 pm.
