§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe Civil Aviation Authority is statutorily responsible for setting airworthiness requirements. The authority is working with other European airworthiness authorities and with the Federal Aviation Administration of the USA with the joint aim to improve helicopter fuel tank crashworthiness requirements, taking account of the best current practices.
