§ Mr. TrippierThe Department is leading a study within the scrutiny programme, based on fieldwork in seven Departments and interviews with business interests, of the costs borne by small businesses in complying with administrative and legislative requirements of central and local government. Decisions on publication will be taken following its completion next month.
