§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Prime Minister whether it is proposed that a gift should be presented to the Government of Brunei to mark the resumption of full international responsibility on 31 December 1983.
§ The Prime MinisterThe House will, I feel sure, wish to send congratulations to Brunei on its resuming full international responsibility, along with best wishes for the happiness and prosperity of the people of that country. Her Majesty's Government propose to offer a suitable gift to maker the occasion.
