§ Mr. RidleyMy Department's consultation paper on road track costs and the structure of vehicle excise duty for lorries has resulted in much useful comment. I expect to announce my decisions about road track costs early next month, but it will be for my right hon. and learned friend the Chancellor to decide on VED rates in the forthcoming Budget.
