Mr. Rooker

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish a breakdown by convenient categories of how the £17 billion real increase in taxes, rates, and national insurance in 1983–84 compared to 1978–79, referred to by the Financial Secretary on 22 December 1983, Official Report, c. 555, is made up.
