asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now review the awards given

police during the Christmas holiday period; and what was the number of people whose breath tests were proved positive by force area throughout England and Wales.

National figures on breath tests are compiled on a calendar year basis and comparable figures for the Christmas period could be provided at this stage only at disproportionate cost.
