§ Mr. RifkindThere have been no recent discussions in the institutions of the European Community regarding the position of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man in relation to the Community Treaties. The position of these islands continues to be governed by articles 25–27 of the Act of Accession and by protocol 3 to that Act.
