Mr. Foulkes

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent discussions have taken place in any of the institutions of the European Community regarding the position of Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man; and what action has followed as a result.

Mr. Rifkind
