§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has received any communication or request from the Provisional Council or Governor-General of Grenada.
§ Mr. RaisonA letter from the director of planning, Grenada was received by the British high commission representative in St. George's on 15 December seeking British aid for the development of rural water systems, spare parts for the public works department workshop and for diesel electricity generators, and the Grenada police. Since then there have been further discussions between the British development division in the Caribbean and the Grenada authorities about their detailed requirements and the order of priority attached to them. These discussions are continuing.
