asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the cost to the civil authorities of policing the base at Burtonwood.

§ Mr. Hurd
It is not possible to isolate this cost from the general policing costs of the Cheshire constabulary. The interior of the base is policed by the Ministry of Defence police.
