asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what guidance he has given to police authorities relating to the provision of police at sporting events in connection with (a) control of traffic generated by a sporting event and (b) control of persons attending a sporting event.

None. It is for chief officers of police to decide, in liaison with the organisers of sporting events, on the provision of police officers.
