§ Mr. John PattenHealth authorities have been reviewing their security procedures and developing154W security strategies, as we requested in Health Circular HC(82)19. Progress reports on the reviews are being considered by the Department to identify what further action is required. Also, the National Association of Health Authorities is producing a security manual for the guidance of health authorities. A further statement will be made when the reviews have been completed.
