§ Mr. FowlerThere are 140 hospital building schemes of £2 million or more which are currently at the planning, design or construction stage. About 80 of these schemes have reached these stages since 1979. Thirty seven major schemes costing £5 million or more have started on site since 1979, of which 10 have reached completion.
