§ Dr. BoysonMen aged 60 or over who are not working can now qualify for automatic national insurance credits to protect entitlement to basic retirement pension and other benefits. From 30 May 1983 we introduced a provision whereby if they claim supplementary benefit they are entitled to the higher long term scale rate.
