asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what countries are taking part in the conference on disarmament in Geneva.

The following countries are taking part in the conference on disarmament as full members of the conference:

In 1983, at their request, the following states, not members of the committee, attended plenary meetings of the committee on disarmament (as it was then titled):

It is not known if these or additional non-members will take part in proceedings of the conference this year.
