(2) what has been the total expenditure by the Department of the Environment roads service in the Newry and Mourne district council area for the 1982–83 financial year.
§ Mr. Chris PattenThe Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland's roads service carries out its functions on a divisional basis; within the Craigavon division it is estimated that expenditure in the Armagh district council area was approximately £2.4 million, in the Newry and Mourne district council area approximately £3.2 million.
