HC Deb 24 February 1984 vol 54 c654W
Mr. Freud

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will estimate the minimum loss to students on a flat rate scheme for travel expenses if they travelled between their parental home in an English local education authority and the New University of Ulster three times a year.

Mr. Brooke

The Department does not have the detailed information necessary to make estimates of this kind.

Mr. Freud
