§ Mr. GummerI was sorry to learn of the attack on Mr. Dormer. The incident is being investigated by the Health and Safety Executive. It is liaising with the police, who are considering preferring charges against the farmer under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
The bull in question has since been destroyed.
