Mr. Ralph Howell

asked the Prime Minister if she will now calculate the total annual cost and the average annual cost of full-time equivalent posts in the National Health Service, and local government; and if she will break down the average cost for a full-time equivalent post into pay, national insurance, superannuation and other costs such as office space, heating, lighting, car allowance, travel allowance and telephone.
