§ Mr. Alan ClarkMonthly indices of unit wage and salary costs — expressed in national currencies — for manufacturing in the United Kingdom, for manufacturing and mining in West Germany and for engineering in France are published in Main Economic Indicators— Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. Quarterly indices for relative unit labour costs — expressed in United States dollars — for manufacturing are published for all European Community 469W countries except Greece, the Irish Republic and Luxembourg in International Financial Statistics — Internationas1 Monetary Fund. The latest monthly and quarterly figures of unit labour costs in the United Kingdom are published in Employment Gazette—table 5.7. These publications are available in the Library.
