§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department in which counties civil defence planning does not yet meet the requirements of the Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations 1983.
§ Mr. HurdThe regulations came into force on 1 December 1983 and there has not been time to assess their effect. Compliance will be monitored by means of reports from local authorities.
