§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe have not received any specific approach from the World Health Organisation for help with the financing of a pilot project for the supply and distribution of drugs. We are discussing various forms of aid in the health field with the Kenya authorities. Officials in our Department have discussed with WHO representatives developments in its action programme on essential drugs.
