§ 37. Mr. Beithasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he has any plans to propose changes to the Standing Orders governing Opposition days so as to take account of the composition of the House.
§ Mr. BiffenI have no such proposals. The provisions of the Standing Order in this respect are in accordance with decisions taken by the House on 19 July 1982.
