§ Mr. Gouldasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if his Department in the United Kingdom or elsewhere knew at the time of the Prime Minister's visit to Oman in April 1981 of the negotiations between the Government of Oman and Cementation International concerning the Oman university contract; and whether at that time it was known that any other British company was also interested.
