§ Mr. RaisonAll the bodies listed are accountable to Her Majesty's Government for aid funds issued to them. To demonstrate that the funds have been used for the purposes intended, which would have been agreed beforehand with ODA, they are required to provide either copies of their accounts separately identifying aid programme funds certified by an independent auditor or statements of expenditure supported by original bills.
