§ Mr. WaldegraveThis particular issue has been raised by hon. Members from Teesside at a meeting with my hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction earlier this week, and in a written submission from Greenpeace. All the representations received will be very carefully considered after the consultation period has ended.
