§ Q88. Mr. Lathamasked the Prime Minister what progress is being made in resolving the problems relating to the European Community budget, including the United Kingdom refund of contributions.
§ The Prime MinisterNegotiations are being carried forward by the French presidency with a view to reaching agreement at the 19–20 March European Council. So far as 1983 refunds are concerned, the bulk of these should be paid by 31 March.
