§ Mr. Skeetasked the Prime Minister if she will introduce legislation to transfer from the Crown Estate to the appropriate Government Department the right to grant licences and charge royalties for the extraction of minerals and to receive funds for the use of facilities both in tidal estuaries and below the high water mark seaward to the three-mile limit.
