§ Mr. Kenneth Carlisleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the dates on which the Nature Conservancy Council and the Countryside Commission received notification, as required by the sponsorship scheme, of the proposed sale by the Forestry Commission of the woodlands it has listed for sale.
§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Forestry Commission places notices in theEstates Gazette about woodlands being considered for sale and I understand that, under the notification and sponsorship arrangements, the Nature Conservancy Council and the Countryside Commission obtain information from that source.
