Member for Berwick-upon-Tweed (Mr. Beith), as representing the House of Commons Commission, what sum of money has been allocated to fund the British and international inquiry into public road and rail transport by the Transport Committee; and if he will list the professional engineering and managerial consultants who will be retained to assist the Committee.
