§ Mr. Wyn RobertsRevenue spending by county councils in Wales on the personal social services amounted to £59 million in 1978–79. They have estimated that spending will exceed £112 million in the current year; this would represent a growth of 8.4 per cent. after allowance for pay and price changes.
