§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what proposals he will bring forward to assist London borough councils to modernise and maintain transferred Greater London council housing stock.
§ Sir George YoungOur proposals in respect of the renovation of ex-GLC stock once that council is abolished were set out at paragraph 6 of our consultation paper "Streamlining the Cities: Housing", a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House. We are now considering the responses we have received to that document.
