§ Mr. Campbell-Savours
asked the Prime Minister if she will ensure that in any future contracts the Export Credits Guarantee Department, in processing applications for support, requires the registering of all commissions payable in relation to that contract whether they be at home or abroad to British subjects or foreign nationals.

No. The ECGD already obtains all the information it requires to assess the payment risks on contracts which it insures.
