§ Mr. WaddingtonA circular describing revised arrangements for voluntary repatriation will be ready for distribution to local authorities and other appropriate recipients as soon as the necessary arrangements for the introduction of the revised scheme have been completed. I confirm that copies of the circular will be placed in the Library.
