§ Mr. BrookeFor the purposes of its 1984–85 planning exercise, the national advisory body for local authority higher education assessed each institution in the light of information and data received from a wide variety of sources and in accordance with a range of published criteria. It would be impractical to specify how this material was applied in detail in each case.
