§ Mr. MooreAll taxpayers are dealt with in confidence and it is not the practice to publish details of their affairs. It is moreover too early to have the information requested as claims for relief under the business expansion scheme could not be made until 1 January and individuals' tax positions cannot be decided before the end of the tax year.
