asked the Secretary of State for Employment when National Health Service premises in the southern Derbyshire health district last received a basic inspection from the Factory Inspectorate.

The last basic inspection of National Health Service premises in the southern Derbyshire health district was to the Ilkeston maternity home, Park avenue, Ilkeston, on 3 February 1983.

This completed a programme of basic inspection to National Health Service premises between 1977 and 1983.

A number of visits to investigate specific problems have been undertaken subsequently.
