asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, pursuant to his written answer of 26 January, Official Report, c. 64, he will state the circumstances which made him decide on a figure of 24 per cent. in constraint (c) in paragraph 2 of annex D of the "Rate Support Grant Report (England) 1984–85."

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the targets which the Greater London council and Epping Forest district council would have had but for the constraint of paragraph 2(c) of annex D of the "Rate Support Grant Report (England) 1984–85."

The Greater London council would have had a target of £807.229 million and the Epping Forest district council a target of £5.464 million.
