§ Mr. YoungerI am not directly involved with particular projects but the council's provisional allocation for capital expenditure in 1984–85 on its non-housing 679W revenue account block takes account of proposed expenditure on former National Coal Board houses in Newtongrange and Gorebridge. In addition the Housing Corporation has under consideration proposals for the rehabilitation of 119 houses in the Newtongrange—No. 1—housing action area. Negotiations on the acquisition of the properties are proceeding.
