§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement on the outcome of the Council of Ministers meetings on 6 and 7 February in relation to the payment of the hill livestock compensatory allowances, and other capital grants which were suspended on 31 December 1983.
