§ Mr. John PattenAt present I have nothing to add to my replies to my hon. Friend the Member for Mid-Kent (Mr. Rowe) on 15 December—[Vol. 50, c.581–83]—beyond that the initial supply of guidelines on sales of solvent-based products, referred to in the second reply, was sent to retailers' representative organisations on 12 January for distribution to their members. We must allow some time for them to take effect. The situation is being kept under review.
