§ Mr. RidleyI have received the report, and I will place copies in the Library. In general, Husband and Company's check reaches the same conclusions as did Flint and Neill. Some strengthening works will be required and they will form part of the overall programme. The report identifies the need for further investigation into the risk of shipping collision and whether fendering and/or some extra strengthening might be required.
